Step 1: Browse Our Inventory

Shopping for a new vehicle in Duncan, elsewhere on Vancouver Island, or beyond? All of our new Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Ram inventory, as well as a variety of pre-owned makes and models are listed on the Duncan Dodge website. Our easy online tools provide you with the option of completing most of the purchase process right from home! Use our new or pre-owned search results pages to filter down the type of vehicle you're looking for. When you enter a vehicle detail page, you can view multiple images, specifications and pricing details.

Step 2: Personalized Payment Plan

Once you've found your favourite vehicle, click on "Buy Online" on either the search results page or vehicle detail page. You can also scroll down the vehicle detail page to find the "Start Your Deal Online" tool. You can then view all current rates and incentives and personalize a payment plan to suit your budget. If you plan to lease, click on the "lease" tab (applicable on select new vehicles only). You can also select "cash" if you plan on making a cash purchase.

Step 3: Online Trade Estimate

If you plan to trade in your current vehicle, our next step includes an automated Kelley Blue Book Canada trade valuation tool. Just enter your vehicle information and the tool will provide an estimated value. Add this to your deal and your payments will automatically update, including any tax savings! Please note that this is an estimate and we will provide a final trade value upon inspecting your vehicle in-person.

Step 4: Online Credit App

If you plan to finance or lease, the final step is to fill out our quick and secure online credit application. We will review your application promptly and reach out as soon as we have an approval for you. If you prefer, you can click "Book An Appointment" rather than proceeding through the online credit application.

Step 5: Reserve Online

We also provide the option of placing a fully refundable and secure credit card deposit on your chosen vehicle. We will then hold it for you for up to 3 days to ensure nobody else can get to it before you're ready! Just click on the "Reserve This Vehicle" button.
